Model 30, 30S has all the outstanding features of the ML/MLS belt slide family of holsters, but is aimed at those who prefer to have leather extending down to cover the entire lower half of the weapon. The rear protective tab option is available (note that S in model designation denotes no protective tab).
Check the availability of the ML/MLS for your weapon by consulting the Holster Selector Chart.
However, a word of caution. Belt slide low-profile holsters like the ML/MLS or the 30/30S would not, in my opinion, be suitable for the Glock or Sigma range of semi autos, or for any other pistol in the wide-bodied category. Because of the extreme width of these weapons, the holster may slightly close up on itself when they are drawn, making one-handed re-holstering a little difficult. So if you're really looking for a belt-slide holster for use with a wide-bodied weapon, my advice is to go for one that incorporates a wraparound reinforced mouth like the 22H/22HS
